How do you cook in the truck?

The rice cooker is very inexpensive and can be used to cook and to steam.   The surface is Teflon so nothing sticks and it is very easy to clean up.   I just finished cooking our late lunch in it.   I first sliced potatoes up and boiled them in beef broth.   When that was finished I moved the potatoes to a bowl and stored the bowl in the microwave.   Next I put a few inches of water in the rice cooker and added the steamer basket. I then sliced up some fresh broccoli and cauliflower and added that to the steamer basket.   When that was finished steaming I removed the broccoli and cauliflower to a bowl and put a few small slices of Velveeta cheese on top and stored that in the microwave.   Last I placed a couple salmon patties in the rice cooker, squeezed some fresh lemon on, added some cut up leak and started them cooking.   After I turned the salmon over, I filled the rice cooker up to the top with fresh spinach leaves.   When the spinach leaves had cooked down I turned the rice cooker off and warmed up the potatoes and broccoli and cauliflower in the microwave.   After we finished eating I warmed up my dishwater in the rice cooker and washed my dishes.   We have a generator and we also have a small sink which is what helps to make all this work for me.   I also have a Rocket Grill that is very helpful if I want to cook a steak, a hamburger patty, a chicken breast, or even a grilled cheese sandwich.   The Rocket Grill is great as it uses parchment paper so the cleanup is a breeze.

Where there is a will, there is a way!
