Fuel Mileage Update
The DDEC report is for 22469 miles with an average speed of 54.1 with 3.99 % idle time. The idle time pains me greatly as the Cascadia must have spent a lot of time idling while in the shop getting repaired.
The DDEC report shows 12.66 MPG and proves to me how much this engine likes summer and heat. Our DEF usage is showing 636.16 MPG that takes our cost DEF cost down to .004 per mile. Our fuel costs at 12.66 MPG at the present FSC is a negative number which means we get paid to put fuel in our truck.
Our lifetime fuel mileage average with the DD13 is 11.42
using the odometer not the ECM or DDEC report.
The average cost of fuel per mile driven is .34 for the 162,679 miles
driven with our DD13 with a HP of 370.
Our fuel mileage average has continued to creep upwards as the motor
gains miles and who knows where it will stop.
