Follow up to Facebook

It is a small small world!   An acquaintance on Facebook stopped by the truck stop we were at to say Hi!   We became friends through a trucking web site and then became friends on Facebook.   We have stayed in touch through the chat feature.  He stopped in to get fuel and we wandered over to meet face to face.   Well took a few minutes and we figured out we had friends in common and a lot of the same interests.   He is also building his truck into a show truck and will be attended at least one of the shows we like to attend,   His first show to have his truck and trailer in will be MATS so we look forward to meeting up with him once again!   It is pretty neat to me how small the United States becomes one you are in a truck.   You meet and know people from all areas and can plan to meet them in other parts of the United States.   Now we have one more reason to look forward to the Louisville Truck Show or MATS Mid America Truck Show in March of 2010!
