Fall is in the air!
When pulling into a nice rest area in Kentucky I could not resist getting a picture of our truck with the fall colors.
I am from southern Arizona and there was not such a thing as fall colors and I could only imagine what the colors looked like. Now I know that the pictures cannot and did not give these colors justice. I am still enthralled in the fall watching the landscape change.
As the leave start changing colors so does my thinking on
what to wear and what I enjoy cooking.
Fall is a time for soups and chili and we enjoy both.
I have a VitaMix blender in the truck and it
is impressive how fast I can make a homemade fresh soup.
I will be experimenting with recipes once
again this year.
