We have been very pleased with the performance of our old Michelin Wide Base singles as they had over 380,000 miles on them.   We knew we wanted to replace these tires with the new Michelin XDA Energy wide base tires and were surprised when we could not find them.   Due to the circumstances we had to replace our tires with a very high rolling resistant tire that would last forever.   In our operation we prefer fuel mileage over the life of the tire instead of life expectancy.   We contacted Jeff Morris with Michelin about our problem finding the XDA Energy and what we ended up purchasing.   Jeff immediately went to work to make things right!   He set up an appointment with the Ted Wiens Tire Store in Las Vegas and we replaced our tires with the XDA Energy wide base tires.   Customer service is alive and well at Michelin and we really appreciate how Jeff went above and beyond to keep us happy Michelin customers.
