Can’t sleep

First the phone rings in the middle of the night which usually doesn’t faze me at all, but this time I was wide awake.   First I leave the lights off and play a few games on my I phone and try to go back to sleep.   The phone rings once again with a load offer that I have all ready refused once and am going to refuse again.   Dang now I am wide awake again.   Play a few more games on my I phone and then give up and make some sleepy time tea.   I know that will do the job is a short time frame.   What to do while waiting for the drowsy affects?   Write a blog!

Usually when my head hits the pillow I go to sleep and as such it is amazing to me when I cannot fall asleep.  I do not want to go outside of the truck as the truck stop is dark and I do not feel safe wandering around.   The quandary then is what to do inside the truck and not wake up Bob?   If I start reading I will get involved in my book and stay up the rest of the night reading as I am involved in a very good book by Ken Follett, World Without End.   I have finished the blanket I was crocheting for a Christmas present so that option is out.   I enjoy crocheting and listening to books and find this to be very relaxing.   When we are at home for Christmas I will gather up my next project to take with me on the road. I finally decide to get out my old standby, the computer and get a few things done.

There are many things that were easy to manage at home that can become difficult when living in a small area on the road.
