Birds Chirping

One of the simple pleasures of being out on the road for is when we can park and leave our windows open. Sometimes we are able to park in a customer's parking lot that has no noise.  I enjoy waking up to birds chirping as it sounds as if they are welcoming another day.  Another sound that is amazing to me to wake up to is the sound of a creek running.  We very seldom get to hear the sound of a creek, but every whip stitch we do get to wake up to birds singing.  This morning was one of those mornings that makes you glad to be alive and out here on the road.  I was able to watch the sun come up through the windshield while sipping my coffee and catching up on the computer. I had my windows open with just enough chill in the air to be cool and lots of birds! Spring is in the air and it feels and sounds great!
