Best Showers TA
Mike Bruckner, manager of the Ogallala Travel Center of America has done an awesome job with these showers. One of the first things I noticed when I walked in was how nicely the room was decorated and the clever use of tile.
Often the shower is dark when the shower curtain is pulled. The shower had a light above the shower as well as the rest of the bathroom was bright and cheerful.
The shower had tremendous water pressure and the lower nozzles felt great on my back. It was nice to have plenty of hot water as well as water pressure. There were also places to put my shower supplies instead of having to line the floor or pull the stool over and cause the floor to be soaked.
The only fault I had with the shower was the towels. There were two towels, a washcloth and a floor mat. The towels were stiff as a board even thought they looked as if they should have been soft to the touch.
I have been in many showers across the United States and I believe this shower was the nicest I have had on the road in the past eleven years. Thanks to TA for upgrading the showers and giving us more than one towel and washcloth.
