We flew into Orlando and the Disney Magical buses whisked us to the Beach Club, which was our hotel on Disney Property.  The first evening we had a buffet supper and received our Disney World Hopper Tickets, snacks, water and a great tote bag that came in very handy in the parks.

Our first full day in the park started with a MAGICAL breakfast in Epcot with Mickey and Minnie Mouse greeting us for pictures and after the meal Donald Duck and Goofy stopped by for a few more pictures!   It was a blast, as I have never taken the time to stand in line for pictures with the characters.   What a great start to 4-Star.

Bob stayed in Epcot and I went off to the Magical Kingdom to ride the rides.   It was packed and hot…. I used Disney’s fast pass system and rode everything I had pre marked on my maps.   I went online before we went and ordered Disney World maps and pin pointed everything I wanted to ride.   The rides were similar to Disneyland, which I am familiar with, but had a Disney World twist on many of them.    Bob and I met up for supper and then headed over to Hollywood Studios with another couple.   We road the Tower of Terror and then the Rock N Roll Roller coaster and called it a night.   I had to go back one more time the next day to ride these two again….   They are both a blast.

On Tuesday we once again had breakfast over in Epcot and Americana Mickey and Minnie attended breakfast!   They were splendidly attired and I had my picture with them and various people so many times I was on a first name basis with Mickey.   A group of contractors headed over to the Animal Kingdom Park and got fast passes for Mt Everest.   We all then took a jeep ride through the Kilimanjaro Safaris Expedition and it was hard to believe we were in Florida due to the landscaping and the animals.   We next visited the 4-D show of “It’s a Bugs Life” and I have to admit I screamed just like a girl….   Let’s just say is was a blast and you should attend the show yourself.   Funny how that show had me screaming and none of the roller coasters have been able to do that…

Wednesday we made reservations for super at the Flying Fish on The Boardwalk and we spent the day wandering around Downtown Disney.   It rained on and off during the day and I was glad we were not in the parks.   We decided to ride on of the funny bicycles and that innocent looking contraption had us working getting over some of the bridges.   We also rented little boats and wondered around the lake looking at the different parks and hotels.

We ended 4-Star with a group outing over to Epcot and a reserved area to watch the fireworks.   The fireworks were a perfect ending to some very magical few days.   We met new people and renewed some old acquaintances.   We enjoyed spending time with the FedEx Custom Critical staff and their spouses and due to their hard work we had a fantastic FedEx Custom Critical 4-Star event.
