You've got me beat. but you might be better off. Last Wed The 8th, (home in metro det) Got a load to Wentzville MO. I dropped it 2am Thurs. I waited till Sat then went back home for Easter Supper. I just got out today,129 miles over to Butler, IN. The only shiney point was it paid ok for 129 miles, $174.54. That's my check for this week if I don't get another one.

Hands down I think it is us. Last load T-State gave us was on April 3. Have begged, offered to do reduced rate as low as .80 a mile, dead-headed 800 miles and still no load. I am at a loss. Never been so down as far as expediting. To the point that we're actually discussing going home. Haven't been out of service since Dec 29.

Took a load from New Kensington, PA to Clover, VA which was 200 miles from nowhere (the nearest board). April 9 & 10. Got back April 10 was 17 on the Akron/Cleveland board. Finally got to number 1 today and got a load picking up tomorrow going from Solon, OH to Chittenango, NY. 353 Miles. Ghee whiz guess I'd better not spend my money all in one place:cool:

Doug -

After you drop in Butler, if you have a choice in the matter, do not go down to Fort Wayne, it is becoming a starving board no matter who you are with, in my mind.

Heck, I live there and if I ain't got a load in the AM, I head down towards Munice and Marion, or head up towards Fremont, Indiana.

Just my one cents worth..............but I get out in those other areas.

So if you don't get another one this week you might end up just polishing that shiny point....

now answer this, are you sitting because no phone calls,or just turning loads down.when I sit, cause the load offers arent to my liking,i dont complain to anyone, but, if im sitting cause im getting no phone calls,i'm usually making lots of phone calls to see if anyone is working in the office

I've been sitting the longest. Bet you didn't know a freightliner columbia door with the help of the wind, CAN close and latch with your hand in the jam,of course this requires a few bones to be crushed and a few more to be broken and it needs to squeeze a lot of blood out to but in the end it can be done. you know the worst part is it realy didn't hurt untill I opened the door.:( We had just arrived home for easter,I guess the flip side is I didn't have to do the honey do list.

By the way wellarmed, I find your yosemite Sam Avatar quite offensive hehe.

Hope you heal up soon!

I'm out of service this week. I averaged 150 to 200 miles per week in the previous 3 weeks and all of 600 with 2 loads the week before that. I may go back into service monday but I'm just as likely to go fishing instead. Seems like it's easier on the budget to stay home and get those honeydoos done. It sure doesn't make much sense to take a 150 mile run every 7 days or so and then end up deadheading home. OOOPs, didn't mean to whine, I'm sorta enjoying getting stuff done. It sure gets lot quieter around here when the honeydoos are getting done too.
