It was nasty cloady, cold and rainy in oak grove ky, so I DH'd over to I-65 north of Nashville TN, sittin at the J at the Portland exit (it is sunny, a bit cool, but sunny)....If I don't get anything by 10 am , I'll probably DH home for my youngest daughters 15th Birthday on Sunday...

Yay, we finally made it home! We got a load from SC to northern OH and dh to Romulus to drop off the truck. Hopefully they will get everything fixed and we can go back in service again Tue.

Speaking of Wurtsmith, AFB, that is where my second daughter was born. It was a nice base, and the housing was great. The tiny little 20 bed hospital sucked though, and so did most of the dr's there. My ex was stationed there for a year and a half before they sent us off to Alaska. It's a shame they closed the base.

Lets see,started in fredricksburg Va. area on friday 3/27/09 went to los angeles ca. delivered on monday 3/30/09 picked up in los angeles tue.3/31/09 delivered in Phoenix Az. on wed. morning 4/1/09 picked up and went to Del Rio TX. delivered there on thur.4/2/09 picked up that afternoon and went to Dallas and delivered about 1:30am friday morning and picked up at 2:00pm and delivered in fayetteville arkansas a couple hours ago. SOOO,who needs a hobby,maybe you should look in the mirror or maybe forget the hobby and "GET A JOB" ROFL

Good to see that those that have the desire, are making it happen...and your last sentence said it all!!! Good post.

Looks like i'll be spending the weekend here in TN. I moved up to #1 out to 165 miles, so i should get out of here at least by monday. I'll miss my daughters 15th birthday, but i'll make it up to her the next time i am home...besides, she is 15, she doesn't have as much time for ole dad as she once did...but thats life...

After a few minis here in Laredo we are headed for a Monday drop in Tucker,GA.

Man, Laredo is kinda empty it's almost scary. I means worse than other trucking areas, like you can actually pick where you want to park empty, easy to find a spot close to the building empty kinda empty. It's just spooky quite is what I'm saying

I need to GO East to VA. Time for Home time its been since 31 DEC. for only 24 hours. Before that was Sept of 08.

Waiting at the hook in carlisle, pa. Last year when I passed through here, there were a bunch of vans from all the carriers. Now, I see a tristate van and a Landstar. Where is everybody? Running? I don't think so.
