The list of ALL thats in the van is too long to think about at this time of the morning...So ill just go with what WILL be in the frig and microwave this week....

...just did a grocery list to stock the truck frig back up...3 servings each of, home made chicken noodle soup, Beef Barley soup, Chili mac. 2 servings each of Beef rump roast, mashed taters and gravy, 40 clove garlic chicken (breast) with diced basil fried taters, Pork tenderloin stew....mmmmm good...

That makes for a week or so worth of food, plus cold cuts for wraps....chips, ice cream, mountain dew, and bottled water....oh yogurt and coffee, mini blueberry muffins, and glazed "dunkers" and those fiber bars, (chocolate and strawberry).....

I use the microwave as a "breadbox" to keep things fresh, there is also 3 small baxes of choclate chip cookies in there and wraps for coldcuts....

I use to cook on a sinle butane burner on the weekends when i 1st started, now i just eat at a steakhouse somewhere, or bbq joint, or...lol...

I do keep cans of nasty stuff like Hormel chili,Diny Moore Beef Stew (bad for you but great taste because of all the fat) and some soup and rice....

We have a lot of stufr in our van. Not so sure everyone wants to hear it all. Its enough to keep.us comfortable, happy, and still haul freight. Granted I am happy to be headed home since I have tons of Christmas present and lots of vacation clothes in here.

Why the vinegar?? Just curious. Since living out in the northwest for several years and running the mountains nightly I made it a point to always carry a gallon of cheap bleach. Why. If you get to a point where black ice is a problem just for moving, pour some bleach on your tires and that makes them stick. Word of caution, It also softens your tires rubber so don't use it unless you really have too.

And when the road is dry, bleach helps make a pretty impressive burnout, lol.
Rather than what's in your van, I'd like to hear how it's stored - what cool ways have you found to make use of the limited space?
My favorite one is keeping jeans under the mattress [there's a tv tray for the printer there too] because it saves space and leaves them looking 'pressed' [as if!] I also like using curtain hooks [small ones] stuck in the back of the seat [not recommended for leather] to hang lightweight items [flashlight, umbrella, jacket] that are good to have handy.
