Woke up to blue sky and sunshine today...supposed to get up to 37 degrees!
I'm not sure what the temp is here, after hitting -11 last night. I'm getting constantly changing temps now from -2 to 12f back to -2 from my usual sources
Maybe the cold finally did them in.What I do know is I went to get a roll of TP this morning and found a water filled roll. Yup, a leak under the sink. The toilet also has been making a very strange growling sound under the house after every flush, I don't know what the heck that is. I'm going to guess that it's trying to force its way past some frozen sewage or something. Can't wait for warmer temps. This cold home stand has just been so much fun
Yeah heard a rumor that your plumbing is both hot and cold LOL
I am just pulling in I can pick you up and you can take me to dinner...lol

Dreamer, I had a good set up in one house I lived in. The washing machine was also in the basement, so it was plumbed to dump into the basement sump. That would exercise the pump. The one time it failed it was an easy fix, because it wasn't at a time when I really needed it like during a flood.

Must have been something to my thought that something was frozen. Been flushing with hot water, the noise has stopped. That or it's now just dumping directly under the house
Better clear that runway John...Ken'll be landing in the morning...sure is nice to see the hubby working!
And above normal Temps for the mid-west..... Y'all didn't believe me when I said we needed OVM's hot air.

Good Morning and Happy Surprise Friday. What an odd start to the day. For some reason when I woke up I was convinced that it was Saturday. Started planning out my day, my mental count down clock to going back in service running. Puzzled why what should have been a 2 day beard growth looked like I shaved yesterday. Got upset that I missed yet another day of medication. Only to figure out it's a happy Friday. Nice to get an extra day
