Pretty sad, they haven't improved on the T1N in my opinion, I've got 26 mpg recently on the highway and 20.5 at 70 mph with 2000 lbs...
What year do you have?Pretty sad, they haven't improved on the T1N in my opinion, I've got 26 mpg recently on the highway and 20.5 at 70 mph with 2000 lbs...
I don't understand the big drop in miles per gallon you must've hit a headwind with that? The T1N are gone like dinosaurs now are they not2005. Same as you?
In Toronto they're still plentiful, as far as the drop in mpg give me yours for a hot run and it'll drop tooI don't understand the big drop in miles per gallon you must've hit a headwind with that? The T1N are gone like dinosaurs now are they not
Unload?
I have noticed for gasoline some truckstops are cheaper but not on the diesel
I seen thermal King has small auxiliary fuel tanks that they installed looks like 5 gallons or 10 gallons that go under chassis personally that is something I would Look into versus having to stop and fuel all the time but that's just me
Never that low, so far...my big issue is I like to be one move ahead as far as vans go...i've already turned down a "sprinter" load that would have paid more than I did for the van, but it was 74" high...but what is there to choose from? Everything is dpf/def and worse on mpgI did 70 mile an hour once into about a 40 mile an hour headwind and got 17
Considering the transit in the pro master are getting between 18 and 20 and taking the difference in the price of fuel into consideration it is almost a wash and in your case I would definitely install an auxiliary fuel tankNever that low, so far...my big issue is I like to be one move ahead as far as vans go...i've already turned down a "sprinter" load that would have paid more than I did for the van, but it was 74" high...but what is there to choose from? My guess is aerodynamics. The new model is pretty big and tall so there's only so much a 2.1L can do, no matter how many gears. My Duramax with 6.6L averages close to 25 mpg but that's in a low roof van and "tuned".Pretty sad, they haven't improved on the T1N in my opinion, I've got 26 mpg recently on the highway and 20.5 at 70 mph with 2000 lbs...
Problem solved.....I have to stop to pee every hour anyway....
I heard they were good, but my low roof work dried up, trying to stay out of regulated (straight truck) at all costsMy Duramax with 6.6L averages close to 25 mpg
The new model is actually 30 mm lower for aerodynamics...fyiMy guess is aerodynamics. The new model is pretty big and tall so there's only so much a 2.1L can do, no matter how many gears. My Duramax with 6.6L averages close to 25 mpg but that's in a low roof van and "tuned".
There any point to the super high roof? The door height doesn't look any differentThe new model is actually 30 mm lower for aerodynamics...fyi
I read that on the Mercedes site
Just look down you'll see what 30 mm looks like LOL
Super high storage space? LOLThere any point to the super high roof? The door height doesn't look any different

Forgot to mention, in Canada it reversed again, I last filled up with diesel at 0.849 a litre and gas was around .95Considering the transit in the pro master are getting between 18 and 20 and taking the difference in the price of fuel into consideration it is almost a wash and in your case I would definitely install an auxiliary fuel tank
