Bored, and woke up early...playing with the Sprinter configurator I see the ext is available in a 9990 GVW, exempting me nicely from USDoT..however in Canada 4500 kg is actually 9920 lb seeming to require me to both log and get an annual inspection...the MTO office treats 4500 kg as 10000 lb, but will the friendly MTO officer be as nice when the law clearly states those over 9920 must log and scale? hmm
I know of a few Americans that got caught on that little detail in their 9900lb cube vans

I finally filled up at a Pilot on 395 @ $2.52. BTW they were .20¢ cheaper than anyone on the other corners

I have noticed for gasoline some truckstops are cheaper but not on the diesel
I seen thermal King has small auxiliary fuel tanks that they installed looks like 5 gallons or 10 gallons that go under chassis personally that is something I would Look into versus having to stop and fuel all the time but that's just me
My last fuel up was exit 1 Michigan Indiana Stateline I still have over one quarter tank left 80 miles from South Dakota border
