Went back in service today and after only 40 minutes - "POW" "BAM" "BOOKED"

So I decided to go to the Walmart that's 20 miles closer to my drop. There's over 20 signs that says no overnight truck parking but there's over 10 trucks here! Wonder if these signs mean anything. Let's hope I don't get towed

So that pickup stretched into a 3 hour wait...found out why, the 7 crates at 2400 turned into 9 at 3011 lb...somebody told them my max, at least they left me almost 40 lbs to spare

Medium boring drive...23.5 mpg on way up and 22.5 after drop and deadhead move...that kind of mileage near max GVWR, I think I want my next van to be another Sprinter

I'm sure OVM knows this, I go to "No Overnight Parking At Walmart .com" and at the bottom of the page it list all of the state's. Click on the state that your in and see if that Walmart allows overnight parking.

Starting to rethink this park in a good area thing...everybody else is here too

On the positive side I've turned my straps into a Sprinter gym. I can blast out a few reps and collapse right into my bed

almost EVERY Walmart has NO Truck or over night parking signs....it means little...just look at the 10 nor so trucks parked under the signage....LOL
WE are NOT a truck....unless the signage is specific and includes RV's there maybe a problem...
a definite problem if you see signs marked CITY By-law as with Janesville Wi ans Sterling Heights ...ask Turtle about that sting operation...If you see the roving security car just ask what the policy is for your VAN ...its usually to keep out the big trucks and homeless sleeping in thier cars...

PS...since I park in the boonies....I grab an empty shopping cart on the way in....I think of it as paying cheap rent...
