usually when dispatch says 9am EST it should read 9 am LOCAL...cuzz Pedro is not even cross the border at 7am
in 18 yrs I can count on 1 hand how many places were open before 9...and a lot are even 10 am before they receive...

Well Pedro & Hose A showed up at 7 am local El Paso time .. problem solved .... next problem getting 4 skids stackable ... ahh 2 skids 47" tall 2 skids 30 " tall ... so had to takedown bed to fit ...
