Not any of MY kids. Not my responsibility. No blame on me. I am ONLY responsible for MY kids until they went out on their own. They are now responsible for themselves.

There is NO such thing as "group responsibility" or guilt.

My daughter is currently working 70 hrs a week (2 jobs, yeah economy is bad lol) and leaves next month for Australia to get her masters.

Not mine neither, All 3 of my kids are all working and supporting their families and being responsible like they should be. My kids were never pampered like the kids are today!!

I wasn't talking about an individual, I was talking about society and the culture at large.

There is NO such thing as "group responsibility" or guilt.

Of course there is. One blatant example of that on the small scale would be mob mentality. Another one on the large scale would be the election of Obama. Like it or not, YOU elected Obama as president. You can scream that he's not your president all day long until you are teal and purple in the face, but it won't change the reality. You might not have voted for him, but you are part of the nation, society and culture which allowed that, even encouraged that, to happen. We are all, each and every one of us, responsible for our actions as a society. Nazi Germany is a good example of that. There were a lot of Germans who were not Nazi's, yet all Germans today still bear the brunt of that responsibility.

If we don't like what we see or what we are doing as a society, it's up to us, and no one else, to make the changes.

Thats right and change comes from each individual (parents) making sure they perparing their kids in their ideals...i can't control what my idoit union entitlement thinking neighbor teaches his kids..I can only be responsible for what my kids are taught and their education...from there its on them...now if it were legal, i'd love to have the control of a few of the kids in my neighborhood.....they'd defintely have a much different out look on life and what they need to do to take care of themselves....

I did not encourage this in any way. I have spent my entire life FIGHTING what is going on in this Country. I accept NO responsibility for anything that I did not do my self.

I have NO use for what is going on. I cannot fight it. I am only one person. In today's U. S. IF you believe in freedom, self reliance, the Constitution etc you are often made fun of or even labeled as a threat to the "ruler".

I don't think that there is one Country where the National Deficit isn't put onto its citizens in some way.

What are they teaching these students in schools today?

More or less, yes. The Soviets started infiltrating our colleges in the early 1920's. They KNEW that the key to destroying the United States was through it's young people. That plan was amped up in the 1930's. Their goal was to "teach the teachers". They are winning.

Not in EVERY instance no, but yes more then less...they are taught that the giv will take care of them that they are not responsible even for their own actions for the most part and that they need to make the worlda "Fair" place where everyone is equal....in other words, they are being taught to be liberal entitlement mentality democrats.....

One instance that you can see this is what just happened in Wisconsin...there were High School teachers taking the classes to those protest and under the guise of a teaching experience, they were using these kids as pawns and actually indoctrinating them into the "liberal left entitlement union mentality"....and those type of teachings are futher built upon in the university level...
