Sure we have a great economy under Biden.....inflation not seen in over 40 years.
Not even Obama screwed up the economy.....at this point I would welcome Obama back over Biden.

Inflation is being caused by the people at the bottom getting more money, the people at the top will always get theirs so prices will have to go up. In the end the people at the bottom will make more but that money will buy less than what they had before, and that is by design

The policies set by the president determine how the economy runs.....screw with gas and oil and the prices of fuel go up or down....
Biden signed 4 executive orders hours after he took office one of them being the shut down of the pipeline the others being about the lease/permits to pump oil and natural gas out of the ground.... gas prices go up and he gos hat in hand to everyone else in the world to get oil....and pushes the electric cars.
The cost of living in the usa has gone up by $8,000 or more since Biden took over.....he will not get reelected.
Even Obama was not this stupid to mess with the taxpayer's wallet.

Trump is not a central figure in the House speaker fight. The spotlight is properly on the House players themselves. Nevertheless, the following comes to mind.
1. Trump endorsed McCarthy for House Speaker. That Trump-endorsed candidate lost three elections today.
2. McCarthy sucked up to Trump and carried his water for a long time to get that endorsement. Today, when Trump's support was most needed by McCarthy, Trump stepped back from the fight and offered nothing more than "We'll see what happens."
3. There is trouble in Trump World. Trump supporters in the US House are divided on the speaker question and acrimony is growing. Seeds of party-destructive resentment are being sewn which will likely bear fruit in the future.

Inflation is caused when the government spends trillions of dollars and thinks it's got trillions more to spend....I mean it is just printed up as needed.
And Trump is just as guilty as Biden when it comes to that. By the way, you do know that when the government runs deficits they dont just print money right?
I mean we do print money continuously to replace worn out bills but we dont print money to pay the bills. Borrow yes, print no.

At present, there are 20 Republicans withholding their votes for Kevin McCarthy for Speaker of the House. And all of them have strongly supported Trump in the past. All say they still do.
It is reported today that Trump called all 20 of them to urge their support of McCarthy. None of them did so. Trump lobbied 20 Republicans and did not change even one vote.

Personally I would love to see jim Jordan or Matt gaetz as speaker both would rock the Democrat bs that was called the January 6th committee....

The January 6th committee was only after trump...you have people that are still in the dc jail that have not gone to trial or seen a lawyer in 2 years....where is their right to a speedy trial?

Maybe you haven't heard. The Jan 6 Committee has completed its work. Its report has been issued. The evidence it developed has been given to the justice department. The criminal referrals have been made. The Committee members are no longer meeting. I don't know if the Committee has been officially dissolved yet but the will come soon if it has not.
There is nothing to be undone. The Committee's purpose was partly to assemble all the pieces into a documentary record for the American people and for history. That has been done and there is no way to undo it, just as there is no way to unwrite a book that has been published and distributed.
How exactly would a Speaker Jordan or Speaker Gaetz "rock" what the Jan 6 Committee did?

As the news is dominated by the US House speaker election drama, the DOJ special prosecutor, three grand juries and some state prosecutors continue their work, and presidential candidate Trump contunues his bunker at Mar-a-Lago "strategy." His candidacy is barely mentioned any more. I expect to see one or more indictments in the near future.

The January 6th committee was so one sided in its pursuit of trump and nothing but trump that it is a joke.....they choose to not investigate Pelosi or the captain of the Capitol hill police....security was more lackluster than you would find at any concert....the response afterwards is what should have been in place before the rally..
Also,investigate the unarmed protester Ashli Babbitt killing and the clubbing of an unconscious protester Roseanne Boyland. I thought we learned from the Kent State shootings that we don’t just blast away at protesters?
