The Trump tantrum in the car story is but one dot of the many dots the Jan 6 committee and Justice Department are connecting. The witness who spoke of it recently is but one witness of over 1,000 that have been questioned.

The difference between the January 6th committee oath and a real court oath is a hugh difference.....one will put you in jail the other not so much if you lie.

Pelosi did not want jim Jordan on that committee because he would ask some very pointed questions for each of those so called witnesses.

No the national guard was offered by trump to Pelosi.
Trump can offer the use of national guard only in Washington d.c..
Pelosi it the head honcho then the 2 Sargent at arms then the mayor of DC.
Pelosi declined the use of the national guard saying it was bad optics.
But she has yet to be questioned before Congress.
Maybe after November when the Republicans gain control again.

Trump authorized up to 20,000. National Guard Troops. That kind of goes against the whole leader of the “insurrection” thing now doesn’t it?
Both the Capitol Police (who report to Pelosi) and Mayor Bowser refused to request the deployment of the National Guard troops. The law plainly requires them to submit the request, even after the offer of their availability. So Pelosi and her subordinates didn't "block" anything; they just didn't submit the required request.
