In a way it would be funny, and to some it may not, but I saw a guy, a very big fluffy guy, wearing a shirt that said "I beat anorexia" on it....I thought it was funny, anyway....

If you want to be a big boy and smoke 2 packs of Marlboros a day then you should pay the addidional expense of your healthcare premiums.
But, but, what happened to the $246 billion that tobacco companies paid to the states or the $1 per pack federal tax and the $1.50 average tax per pack the states rake in?
The Perils of Ignoring History: Big Tabacco Played Dirty and Millions Died. How Similar is Big Food.
. . . the tobacco industry . . . stated that the public's health was the concern above all others and promised a variety of good faith changes. What followed were decades of deceit and actions that cost millions of lives. Exactly, I will share it anyway. (It may sounds crazy and it is). But it works and it's so simple that no one dare to do it.
Here it is....squat down when you eat or drink. Eat or drink as much as you want but you must squat down. Yep, it's that simple!
You might get thrown out from Denny or Subway for doing the squat. So, get a togo order and squat in your truck.
I am not a physician, therefore, for those with heart, lungs, gastro intestinal disorders, circulation or joint problems should consult your physician before performing the squat.
Why do we eat?
To survive, of course. But most of us eat to feel good and it is programmed in our subconscious.
When you eat or drink anything you want without limitations, you fulfill the subcounscious requests. Therefore, no conflict within the subconscious(again, those who are on dietary restrictions must check with the physician).
When you squat and eat, your stomach, after a month or so will start to contract and requires smaller amount of food intake.
When you squat and eat, it is so uncomfortable that the subconscious decided to reprogram from eating for "feeling good" to "eating is pain(uncomfortable)."
Since our subconscious mind is no longer enjoy the pain associated with eating, it will require less food intake and will focus on other "feeling good" behaviors.

It would be nice if Ragman can find pics of people who squat while eating.
