if you just give your driver his base pay than go by a fuel chart givin to driver at hire than and give fsc accordingly than your driver complaints should be nill because they agreed to it at time of hire and they can plainly see you are not cheating them.
now you can choose to eat that cost by not billing customer if you want thats your choice
