Hit him with 20 an hour until unloaded. Or open ur back door and floor it! lol

If you choose the 2nd option don't forget to un secure the load then call it in as delivered

The only problem is, not every location has it!!!! It should be mandatory....makes your time so much better while you waiting on that phone to ring

Forreal it's like it was made for expeditors, I figure it's better to do this than idle on a hot day like almost every truck and van was doing anyways.

If you run into a problem with IdleAir you may find that the site is not manned on certain days. If you find something doesn't work move to a new one and contact the company on Facebook. They refunded my entire stay from the Love's in Laredo because they saw I immediately switched to another spot. They are working to improve things after the original company went bankrupt but it is slow.

Companies that have a strong and helpful social media page are huge pluses IMO. It's a new wave of customer service, fad or not it's the best way to get help nowadays

IF they are ONLY on Facebook, I will NEVER find them. I don't now, nor will I EVER to Facebook. Too much trouble and trouble makers on there. When I want to do business I don't want to go to a sandbox to play. I want professional.

Made it home alive. Going to breakfast with my Dad tomorrow. My nephew, the one that lives in Ireland, is in town. We get to see him and his wife as well. Worth the extra day at the house.

A really easy place to get help is also twitter which I personally prefer to Facebook. I've received help from companies social media and gotten better results than just calling "customer service"

When you call customer service the bad experience will be limited to the few that you talk to. When there is the potential for thousands of people to see your bad experience it has a much bigger impact.

Yep if you send a tweet out to where everyone will see they act quick. Don't DM them because they can ignore that. One guy took to twitter and used the promoted tweets to destroy American Airlines which isn't that hard

Well my plan to move to Dayton, OH hasn't produced a load yet...I had a call about going from Cincinnati to Chicago at 2:50 pm 50 miles away picking up by 1600...I said if you get it I need more than an hour to get thru Cincinnati rush hour traffic...sometimes they must not look at time of day and where we would have to go. I dislike starting out w a late p/u.

Still waiting for phone to ring and hoping for something with some miles. Even 300-400 if it delivers early or direct so I can get another over weekend would work.
