As I have said in other posts that July is just like January. Slowwww. Also when talking with newbies in person I tell them in a given month (4 weeks), there will be one crappy week, two average weeks and 1 real good week, so it doesn't matter what month it is this formula will happen just the numbers will be different.
By the way I hopefully see next week as a better week than this one and hopefully the big machine stays going.

Let's hope it will change. I miss the days when I would have a load back booked before I even gotten to where I'm going...unload, load keep it moving. In a perfect life....

Have lots of fun talking to him. It was nice meeting Rick and his wife and getting to see their nice new Sprinter.

He's got the 4 cylinder diesel and says he has plenty of power and gets good gas mileage.

Picked up in Seymour, IN to Georgetown, KY, empty, w 6 sprinters a ST and another CV in the area...debating a d/h run back home for 120 miles, plus noone else near there...got 1.5 hrs detention pay this am...so that would make it reasonable...would prefer to have a decent run today tho...whatcha think?

I think they all are but if not next week should do the trick. If you think this is bad, just imagine what it was like when everybody closed down for shutdown. Not fun at all. All I hope for is to make the bills and hope nothing happens to the sprinter.

Back when they all shut down was probably a great time to take a vacation or a staycation!!!

Well unnamed dispatcher whom we will call roid strikes again, this load doesn't deliver till 0800 Thursday, which roid failed to inform me. Every load I accept from roid turns into a hassle!
