Thank you all for your replies, both public and private. As I said above, this is more of a daydream about a class 8 B-unit than a serious inquiry.
If we decide to proceed with a class 8 B-unit, the next step would be to run our current truck into the ground to pay for the next truck. If we decide to not proceed with a class 8 B-unit, the next step would be to run our current truck into the ground to pay for a different kind of truck. Either way, we continue to be happy in our current truck and hope to run it for ten years or more.
