Personally, I would not suggest pressing 1 "to report a accident, spill or injury" that que is set up for emergencies and I dont believe his problem is an emergency. My suggestion would be to contact someone in your team and express your problems, and follow the chain of command, of if possible ...send an e-mail, keep bugging them on qc and phone, if no luck with those avenues drive up to HQ and deal with them in person. But anyway thats just my opinion.
