How can I get ahold of an actual person who can undo a major safety department error?I have tried callng them and QC'ing them with no luck.Does anybody have an email address for safety department?

That sounds like a major safety dept. error in itself,the fact that you can't get ahold of the safety dept.DD.

The email addy is: jstpierre@pantherexpedite.com, there is a list of email addresses on the Panther website. I don't know what to suggest if you can't get online, which happens at times even with a laptop & wifi. Send a QC message, and wait for a reply, right?

If you call in to the Panther Driver Hotline and press one for reporting accident spill or injury, this is a direct line to safety supervisors......also the email address for anyone at panther is first initial last name @pantherexpedite.com so I am guessing you are trying to get ahold of dennis. Jeff is VP of safety and if you are trying to go that high up, then you were already provided with email address on web page as stated before.

Personally, I would not suggest pressing 1 "to report a accident, spill or injury" that que is set up for emergencies and I dont believe his problem is an emergency. My suggestion would be to contact someone in your team and express your problems, and follow the chain of command, of if possible ...send an e-mail, keep bugging them on qc and phone, if no luck with those avenues drive up to HQ and deal with them in person. But anyway thats just my opinion.

I would agree that misuse of an emergency option for a non emergency is a bad idea - it defeats the purpose of having an emergency number.
