When I left Panther there seemed to be no hard feelings, I called and said I'm sending the Qual Com and other gear back by Fed Ex. Panther sent me an order # with DHL said they would pay return shipping. Everything was returned in the same condition as received. That was last December and I'm still waitng on my escrowed monies.

Bearcat: the first thing I learned in nursing school has proven true in every other area, as well: if it wasn't documented, it didn't happen.
What kind of documentation do you have, to support your compliance with the contract, and to obtain the monies you feel they owe you?

And the problem here is what???

Now if they owe you money, as was said, it seems that it is time to pay them a visit with the supporting paperwork and get it cleared up.

No one goes into any type of business to loss money or to even exchange money, people go into business to make a profit, and we all do the same thing. As long as their business practices aren't illegal, then its your decision to either work for them or not.

As for the lady telling you that if you didn't like it, you don't have to drive, well she is right, no one is holding a gun to anyones head, BUT, I'd be going over her head in a face to face visit with someone to get any over charges per their contract with you handled, and doing it on the phone, in a e-mail of fax, ain't goin to work, you handle theses issues face to face.

The issue isn't how much was deducted, except for the escrow, which is the only deduction that is refundable - if you've done everything correctly, anyway.
What, if any, explanation have they given, for the delay in refunding the escrow?
PS: calling them "crooks" is really not helpful, or accurate, either. You can bet they are operating within the law, and you need to do the same.

Your information makes no sense. Why would they reimbuse you for your truck, occupational, drug test, physical, QC fee?
Additionally, your QC fee is 35 per week or 140 a month. Could have been 175 IF there were 5 pay periods in that month.
Lastly, if your escrow was 20 per week, at 15 weeks, that is 300
If you delayed in sending back the qc, they are charging that fee until they have it back. Not the day you terminate the contract.
Based on what you have written, one couldn't tell if they owe you anything or not?

I never said they owed me anything more then what was escrowed. Which clearly states on the Panther web site $60.00 15 weeks = $900.00 total escrow.

Here is your post #45

You have 20 per week here which 20x15=$300
Maybe it is $60.00?
If you are explaining it this way to Panther, that may be part of the problem. Document everything and then call the appropriate person.

I don't have $20.00 per week the figures are from the Panther web site. "Escrow Funds: "Appears on settlement as $20.00 Qualcom satellite reserve and $ 40.00 truck insurance escrow x 15 weeks=$900.00 total escrow" I don't see how this can be misunderstood.

Umm, I'm sorry, but I still don't get what you're saying there.
But apparently us Canadian girls understand you Americans differently.
I'll go check out PII's website to see if I can make sense of it there?

What the Web site says is quite irrelevant. All that matters is what the contract says.

Ah, well, couldn't see anything on there anyway. But $240/month ($60/wk x 4 wks/mth) for escrow seems like an awful lot eh?

Maybe they wrote Bear a special contract after talking to him and seeing his level of experience.

I fail to understand how some of you have such a problem reading print, it say's QUOTE, "Escrow Funds:appears on settlement as $20.00 Qualcomm satellite reserve and $40.00 truck insurance escrow x 15 weeks = $900.00 total escrow" end of quote TOTAL $900.00 ESCROW what is so difficult to understand?
