She tried to break me...she failed. Numerous cigarette breaks while she was doing my paperwork.bitter...mean..but I was freindly and kind without being obnoxious about it. She held me up roughly over an hour with her shenanigans ....I asked the guy loading if she was having a bad day..he told me she is that way with everyone..he told me to complain to corporate as they have.amazes me that an airfreight company would tolerate someone like that, costing them time and money, as well as putting drivers behind schedule.

That is the only one of their offices I have ever encountered someone like that. The rest are all polite and do their job in a timely manner
Another thing this women does is keep the drivers sign in llog behind the glass until she says you can load. I imagine that way it does not look like she is holding drivers up for hours if anyone checks the logs.

Sad part of it is I had all of the info she demands written down on the bold faxed to me to pick up the load.drivers license number/ state, licence plate number/ state, truck number, my full name, the whole nine yards. When she asked me for the information I gave her the bol i had telling her everything she wanted was on here and it was yours to keep. She still made me read it all out to her verbally as she wrote it all down on a piece of paper. She than asked for my licence and she held it so far away from her and she said she couldn't read it without her glasses. I tried to make everything as easy as I could. She was just doing it to try and get a rise out of me. It didn't work. She needs to be removed from that position and maybe clean the horrible smelling bathrooms instead. The one that never had a working light in it..lol..
