The Electoral vote is not necassary, its an injustice..smaller states have no say so whats so ever, WV has five electoral votes...how can a canidate win more states and over 1 million vote(no small margin), yet lose election...not very democratic. Its just an easy way for TPTB to control the desired outcome.

Everybody always says that after they lose.

Lets convert a few large states with tillable soil and natural resorces like, Alaska, or the midwest states North Dakota, south through Texas into a country that believes in freedom, gun ownership, a Militarry with testicular fortitude, Energy producing, manufcturing, self sufficientcy the Constitution, and prosparity while the US and the rest of the world goes down the tubes.
I am starting to have a personality crisis as I considered myself as an Independant because I like to think and make my own decisions, now I think its the party of them limp wristed, spine lacking weak minded SHEEPLE.

The fact is the Repubs had no intention of winning, by throwing Kaine to the back of the bus and then under it when he refused to be thier boy it was obvious it was a forfiet.

Obviously he did not catch on that he won the 2008 election , blaming Bush, billion dollar vacations paid with our tax dollars, pandering to countries that hate the U.S.A., and the fuher not being accountable for his screw ups. ...and I think I speak for a lot of libertarians and paleo-conservatives when I say, we will not return to support the GOP when they continue to nominate neocons and mushy moderates. Nominate someone who actually believes the constitution is the supreme law of the land and that the Bill of Rights is non-negotiable, or you'll have to keep losing without us. We're not playing the-lesser-of-two-evils anymore. It's way too late for that.

My predictions are as follows: unemployment is about to soar. There may be a lull before that because a presidential election generates fresh economic activity because people know what to invest in based on the president-elect's or incumbent's policies.

However, I believe there are tens or even hundreds of thousands of businesses who were waiting to decide what to do based on the outcome of this election. They were waiting to take action because they thought maybe Romney would be elected. But now that Obama was re-elected, they don't know what that crazy man is capable of. He could do anything. So in the coming weeks and months, there will be mass layoffs. The unemployment rate will skyrocket.
I was listening to the radio last night, and the host took a call from a business owner who was calling from the Bulls game. This guy was apoplectic. He said basically what I just said, that he can't go on employing as many people because of the costs associated with it now. These business owners have to lay people off now that's they know no help is on the way for the next four years, and right before Christmas, too.
In addition, look for many businesses to cut people back to part time to avoid the Obamacare penalty, and since paying the penalty will be cheaper than paying for health insurance, look for many, perhaps even most employers to drop health insurance as a benefit all together.
Isn't having a communist President fun?

Four more years of Obama is a letdown. No doubt about it. All the talk about Romney not being the right candidate to getting a libertarian voted in is pretty much off the table. The only way a future candidate can win is if the MSM supports them and they promise a pile of free stuff and entitlements. Any party not offering the free stuff will lose regardless of the candidate. We are basically following Europe in that regard and the new dynamics of the electorate just proved that.
We can look forward to more regulations, expansion of entitlements, higher taxes & debt, and another round of Congressional gridlock.

Two of my friends have already been given notice that with Obamacare coming they are all being placed on part time. A select few with be given the Obamatunity to work at two different stores. The rest are SOL
