Still home.

It turns out that even though on Friday night I scheduled myself to come back into service on Monday at 6am, dispatch still showed me as "out of service". I won't depend being scheduled to return to service anymore.

Sitting at delivery in NYC. Confirmed for 20:45. Did I mention they are closed for the night and there is no one around? Looks like a night in the Big Apple. And probable loss of a pre-dispatched run for the morning.

Delivered Syracuse, NY last night, now in Rochester, NY service center at the Petro, oof which the BRAND NEW washers that were just installed yesterday are all OUT OF ORDER and not working. Mgr said they washed 1 to 2 loads, then broke.

Sitting at the Petro in Atlanta after I dropped yesterday.

Being in a day cab sucks. You can't lie down to read a book or relax.

Its a Hino and its automatic and it has a small fuel tank. like maybe 70 gallons between the two. Its MPG also sucks at 7mpg and its slow and lacks power.

I hope I can get a load back to Indy so I can swap trucks. My regular truck had a faulty cam shaft and is in the shop.

At home after losing my father-in-law last week. We had a beautiful service on Monday in Elkhart, IN. We will miss you my good friend and will see again one day.
