I've got 1 carton left, light cigs, so this may help me quit as well....Spaced the time between cigs alot further apart on the run down here...It wasn't as bad as I thought..I'll try to make the time between cigs further apart as time goes on, and not have one while walking the dog.Little by little..May try the method you're trying.But I'll try the cold turkey method first.

Everything seems to be "salmon" based here. Half the breakfast menu was salmon based. Now with that being said the salmon hash was different but pretty **** tasty.
