sunshine blue sky a little windy here in Dayton....just a wee bit cool...
and the cats in the cradle....cats really hate the wind..have half of them back in already and I'm still on my first cup! The hunter is already out hunting and the teenagers are on the roof..and the baby is in the yarn...boy are they like people!

gooodmoring all at home for the day all the kids/ grandkids coming over for dinner,football and some cold ones so we will have a full house let see were up to seven on the grandkids now. lots of fun to be had. will be back on the road on monday. be safe out there rubber side down and between the ditches. Is this why their pancakes resemble the consistency of a frisbee?.. and can often be used as a laxative?Their food is very bland, little taste to it.Give me an Iron Skillet anyday!
And let's not even get on the subject of the recording we often hear at the Flying Pilots that say over the intercom "Can we have a courtesy check on the mens and womens restrooms, please" or something to that nature. But, in the meantime, they are a total disaster, and hardly get touched...lol.
The only reason my presence exists at the Flying Pilots is because of our fuel card, and the shower program

Had a busy day today, polyurethaned 6 sheets of luan, 3 sheets of plywood,twice,changed the windshield washer fluid from summer to winter mix, took van to Autozone to have the battery checked, found out it had a bad cell in it, explains why I had to jump start it, it wasn't even a year old...checked all the fluids, did some yard work,laundry, had an awesome dinner date with my girlfriend from 28 years ago,How she has grown into a beautiful woman!Have to get the rear tires put on different rims in the morning,since Belle tire in Michigan insists that's what the problem is, but 3 other different shops I have taken the van to say it is the tires..that are bad/broken belts..have it all on the work orders from each..we'll see what happens..Then get my butt back to work asap...Had an awesome October! Than you, Load One, God, and the awesome dispatchers!

Definitely agree there. I don't miss FedEx, but sure miss using TA and Petros. And miss the bigger discount.
Picked up load Fri. eve. in MN, did the drive to Toledo Sat. Stayed at Perrysburg Pilot Sat night, for shower Sun AM, then a trip to Wally World, then moved to P'burg Petro. Delivery sched for 14:00 today, but will go there late AM, see if they will take it then.
Then will wait for load headin home to NC.
