I never said that, I narrowed the scope of what no longer applies by using the word laws in my statement. We now have a new covenant with the New Testament that we are to follow.

and just who in their great wisdom...decided this? Because here is my thinking....that God is always right...so why the change?....that would say that God was wrong and now we have a new set of laws by the N.T.

Oh No Turtle....the way I am seeing it Paul is saying Christians have tossed out the laws of the OT, kept what they like....

Kinsey did at best questionable research, which included using disproportionate numbers of gays in his research. Oh and if you want to see real discrimination bring up bi sexuals in the gay community, for the most part bi sexuals are attacked by gays.

God changed it, he first ruled by law but now rules through grace and forgiveness.

And meanwhile we are 16 trillion dollars in debt and counting. This whole topic shouldn't be given the light of day right now. Wasted a week on it already. By the time this would pass gays will then be whining that they now can't afford to get married. Does this mean a future gay bailout bill is coming?

The laws of the OT are followed in the Jewish faith because they do not believe that Jesus is the messiah. That was the point that it changed for Christians and the reason Jews still follow the OT.

Ahhh...there is no "Seperation of Church and State" in any of the Founding Documents of the USA and there are no Ammendments to place one in any of them..Its just another BS deal the Libs got their way on in the courts to screw the people....and just because the SC has justified it, doesn't make it legal or right....

That's not entirely true. Ceremonial law, of course, had been fulfilled and abrogated. But moral law and the principles of the general equity portions are perpetual.

I heard a good hypothesis on the matter... Nature has a way of setting things straight, as far as population goes. When one sex of a species goes extinct, nature sometimes changes the sex of some of the remaining population. When a species is overpopulated, nature tends to change the sexual preference of some of the population, in order to slow reproduction. I'd say humans are overpopulated, wouldn't you?

Everytime the Government whether State, local, or Federal gets involved in people's lives the mess that's left behind runs the gamut. Ignorant! Uninformed! Bible thumper! Gay/lesbian Lover! what a crock of BS that people are not allowed to live their lives the way they want too. I don't care that Bob and Billy want to live/be married, or that Susie,and Frank and karen are all married to each other... if we all put aside our differences, and just took people as they are the whole **** world would be a better place. Throw religion into the mix,and we'd all better watch out, if your ever confused religion must be the answer....................not your cup of tea, so be it, but for some it's the answer, does that make you a better man, woman??? Not a chance. All this does is confuse the issue at hand of whose in the WH,and who wants to be there......................LOOK beyond the conflicts,LOOK to the future of this country................... be a solution to the conflict, not a reason for the conflict.
