Murder for trading cards

And it applies to men and women both, the man that participated in that dumb decision should deal with it as well.

Most of the folks that I know that support the right of a woman to choose to terminate her pregnancy are, in terms of the death penalty, primarily concerned with the possible wrongful execution of the innocent ... not so much a murderer's life.

Ok, if that's the case "WRONGFUL EXECUTION OF THE INNOCENT" then what is abortion?

Under our jurisprudence, a fetus is not considered to be a person - a full human being - but something somewhat less.

And there is a very long tradition behind that, going back to Old Testament times ...

As you apparently can't comprehend the difference between simple human error and what you call dumb decisions [again, without knowing the first thing about the circumstances of any one of them], that's probably for the best.

There is a reverse to your obverse that's equally large and equally valid.

I don't call it human error, I call it stupidity. There's only one way to become pregnant. The problem with our society is nobody wants to take responsibilty for their actions. If you participate in acts that cause you to become pregnant regardless of whether or not you take birth control it IS your responsibilty as well as the participating partners. Terminating a pregnancy because you didn't want a child is someone not wanting to take responsibilty. The reason I said i'm done is because i'm not going to persuade you the same as your not going to persuade me.

Abortion: Most of the people that have been born, are now making the decisions to approve abortions, amazing.

Your statement in bold above, as constructed, is flawed - and therefore false (without further qualification) - as a general premise.

Responsibility is essentially the willingness to exercise control over something.

It would be correct to say that "Terminating a pregnancy because you didn't want a child is someone not wanting to take responsibilty ... for bearing and rearing a child."

The fact of the matter is, someone deciding to terminate a pregnancy is exercising responsibility - for their own life, if no other - it's just not the outcome you personally desire and want ... ;)

People have every right to say whatever they wish, but when it comes time for any woman to make the choice, what others say is irrelevant - except her doctor, and the other person who caused the pregnancy. If he is around, of course, as some of those men cannot be relied upon to do anything but walk away. Or should I say 'run away'.
