Most of the folks that I know that support the right of a woman to choose to terminate her pregnancy are, in terms of the death penalty, primarily concerned with the possible wrongful execution of the innocent ... not so much a murderer's life.
Ok, if that's the case "WRONGFUL EXECUTION OF THE INNOCENT" then what is abortion?
Under our jurisprudence, a fetus is not considered to be a person - a full human being - but something somewhat less.Ok, if that's the case "WRONGFUL EXECUTION OF THE INNOCENT" then what is abortion?
I'm done.

As you apparently can't comprehend the difference between simple human error and what you call dumb decisions [again, without knowing the first thing about the circumstances of any one of them], that's probably for the best.
Your statement in bold above, as constructed, is flawed - and therefore false (without further qualification) - as a general premise.I don't call it human error, I call it stupidity. There's only one way to become pregnant. The problem with our society is nobody wants to take responsibilty for their actions. If you participate in acts that cause you to become pregnant regardless of whether or not you take birth control it IS your responsibilty as well as the participating partners. Terminating a pregnancy because you didn't want a child is someone not wanting to take responsibilty. The reason I said i'm done is because i'm not going to persuade you the same as your not going to persuade me.
Abortion: Most of the people that have been born, are now making the decisions to approve abortions, amazing.
Men always have the answers when it comes to pregnancy,. :sly:
