Supreme Court agrees to hear arguments about Stolen Valor Act just recently. There will be a hearing on feuds in the lawsuit of United States v. Alvarez. The Act makes it a criminal offense to lie about receiving military awards or about military service; a regulation that could violate First Amendment free speech rights. This could be the right time for those who have different opinions about the act to express their stand on the matter formally and legally. Let's just hope for it to have clear results so that nobody would be mislead on cases involving the Stolen Valor Act.
