One of the better Clevelands.

This is my favorite Cleveland.

Until that Walmart sold an outlot on the corner and built a Ruby Tuesdays ...they cut down our huge shade tree...:(......that was a great place for Steady Eddie and I back in Depressed 1 history!

Yeah, I just finished a nap. There's not a lot of shade in Cleveland. I've been looking a little for the past 2 years.
I've done that load into western NC about 25-30 times. One would think if wise up and stay down by the Ocoee in the woods by the #1 dam. Mamma didn't raise a genius, ya know.

Sit in Albany New York. If no load by tonight imma head west or south

I'm not far away. I just left my house in Utica and I pickup just south of Albany and a short run over to East Providence, RI. When I was in a CV the loads came out of the Syracuse, NY area.

Sounds like you're developing regular customers, where do I sign up?

We can't feed semis, unfortunately. I really wish we could. But I am truly one of those peeps that will NOT set up a driver for failure. The market comes and goes, and drivers experience a wide variety of opinions of their carriers, but it is my goal to ONLY add the quantity of units and size of units that we feel confident will be happy with us and their income per mile and number of miles. We will always be classed as a small fleet. We will most likely stay a non-CDL fleet, and I know that's an unpopular position these days. But if it works for us, and more importantly it works for our drivers, can it be wrong?
We are currently a home-based business and, of course, that translates to low business overhead. We will occasionally add a van, sprinter (type) or cube until it becomes necessary to consider an office & warehouse.
We have a Canadian broker that is constantly asking when we will be getting into warehousing. Another whole set of expenses & opportunities.
But at least they're asking. :)

Or the Lowes in Liberty.
I like to find Sam's Clubs when it's hot and go sit in those recliners under the pallet racks. If ever asked I'll tell them I'm on a test drive. LOL!!
