Well, I took a chance on an offer. 650 for a full day from Detroit to No Jersey. If I can get a load from Nj or Pa back to the area I do well. If not I think still OK. What would y'all have done? I'm still learning g

Sounds like roughly $1.00 a mile. What are you driving?

My two cents agrees that you should try to get a load out of NJ/PA area.

Note to self...... when eating at Machine Shed first check employee parking lot for Ekhedge's Sprinter or Transit
I eat here so often the weekday manager actually asks me if I want my normal table ... Even if just passing though I stop closest things to the wife's cooking on the road.... And NONE of the other locations are the same to me !

Everyone bugs out of eastern PA and NJ too fast. Eastern and Central PA can be good. Depends on who you run for. But there's freight there. Coming out loaded is always better than the alternative. Patience Grasshopper!!
And that's why Iam headed to central Pa!

I'll be in McConnellsburg,PA in the am, had a 4 hour delay on part of shipper to get loaded but love getting detention pay...as for PA/NJ...never seem to have an issue getting out of there.

I had a great CV load from just outside Philly to Socoro, NM.
