Got a short week coming up, I smell a vacation coming Wednesday. Louisville,Nashville, Asheville,Wytheville and Charlestonville.

Yep, a little trivia for ya, the first Friday of the month every JD Employee gets a bottle of Jack!
Well I had and interesting trip to Canada, had a stop in Kanata Ontario and then a stop in Quebec. Well the first stop went ok the second stop said they had no room and said they couldn't take it, well after a few calls back and forth 2 hours later they took it,whew...
Then took my down time and when I started out in the morning I crossed back into Ontario to head the the 1000 islands bridge, but got stopped at the inspection station. Turns out my carrier let their Ontario registration expire in 2012!!!!! At first the officer was not going to let me leave until it was taken care of, but then he decided to let me leave, but had to turn around and go back to Quebec. So that's an extra 150 or so miles out of the way to go back and then down i87 instead of i81. They gave me 3 tickets, 2 for the carrier and one for me, for not having a copy of the lease agreement with me. So for anyone who goes to Ontario make sure you have that with you when you cross the border.

The last time I crossed the border with a load was on 9-11.... Never Again.
