Emptyied in cleveland at 6 am , drove down the the Pilot on I-90 at Avon and parked next to one of Steve's Sprinters...woke up this morning and he / she was gone, called Pam, they got a load out..Sooo I told her i'd sit here till 1600 and if she got me something cool, if not, i am heading for home..

Talkin about too many units in the Taylor area....Becareful looking at the "19"...it showes all those vans doing locals and the Canadian units also (Hi Scott!! :D ) so you could probably cut that number in half...now that being said, when I and my new driver and his dad went in service Thursday, I went home to Toledo and was dispatched out the same night...the other 2 took off out of Taylor around noon Fri and they were both dispatched Friday evening by heading out of Taylor and moving closer to the southern freight...we were all 3 closer then those units up north....

Thanks Scott..they are good people..Dad was born and raised in Jamaica and the son was born here...LOL, I did Brians job for him the other day and showed them around the place and introduced them to the people in dispatch..LOL, all of the girls in dispatch one at a time asked Malcom "how old are you!?!?"..he looks like a kid...but he is fresh out of the Army after 4 yrs...

He and his dad teamed over at All-State for a while ...I have known dad (Noel) for a while and he has been trying to get his van on at Load 1 since we met with no luck...so when I offered his son the van deal and the van was staying on at Load 1, Dad said to heck with it, and went out and bought a new 2011 12 ft cube and talked John and Brian into putting him on, they did orientation together!!

They both got their 1st loads fri evening....

Sounds like the typical American gathering. That is one of the great things about America, many different places of origin melted together to make a great nation.

Watching Nascar race in a small truck stop in Cedar Rapids, IA, boring! Hubby likes the race though.

Almost to Dallas tx! Wow what a week! $$$$$$$ thanks dispatch! Sunday to Sunday 5901 loaded miles! And was home out of service for 3/4 of a day.

I haven't totaled up the dead head yet but I'm guessing about 300-400 total miles dead head. Pretty good considering the loaded miles.
