Picked up a day early and the load wasn't oversized because they measured without folding the mirrors in, now in Weatherford, TX.

Being from TN, you might remember that little ice storm, back in 93. I lived in Hixson, at the time, and went to Chattanooga Tech CC. Well, there was hardly anyone on the road. I drove to school, only to find out it was shut down. That wasn't a bad drive neither.

Torontoites are some crazy people, when it comes to weather. On the 401, thru their grand city, they slam on the brakes when it starts raining; but they'll fly thru snow.

I once drove an empty cargo van UP the W road on Signal mountain in an empty cargo van in the snow in 1987! After I got to the top, I heard on the radio that it was supposed to be closed!

OVM, I don't even know what a PQ# is! And didn't know about the snow tire restriction. I guess that's why so many cars up here have plain black wheels, I was wondering about that. I once ran to Labrador City with all season radials.

Ended up getting a load out about 80 miles away heading to Honesdale PA. Any ideas on where to spend the night? Doesn't deliver until morning and weighs less then 2 pounds. Lots of room for my bed. LOL

PQ is Quebec, Canada...and as far as Honesdale, PA there is a Petro off of 81 in the Wilkes Barr/Scranton area. Not sure what exit.
