OVM, I don't even know what a PQ# is! And didn't know about the snow tire restriction. I guess that's why so many cars up here have plain black wheels, I was wondering about that. I once ran to Labrador City with all season radials.
Only vehicles registered in the Province of Quebec are bound by this regulation, and then only from Dec 15 - Mar 15.

The fine is $277, according to one page I saw.
LT mud & snow tires are accepted. Law only applied to vehicles registered in their province. I did do several turns on red, thought that was a universal law. What about the rest of Canada? Can I turn on red?
