Ive been in L'ville yesterday and today...hanging out at the stadium with some friends. Left this afternoon, then some more friends called so I went to the truckstop where they were and hung out for a while. I was thinking about moving to Cincinnatti or something, but guess I'll stay here now. Hope to get moving. Ive seen the truck show before...prefer to haul freight.

At home #9.....stomach is a mess with all this gas rollin around....i think i pushed the feelin better too quick and it got to me.....

I spoke with one of the drivers last night to clarify. Yep, down .30 per mile. Mostly due to longer dh miles. According to him, when he asks for more money, the dispatcher response is " I have other trucks in the area". I will say that response happened to me once. I thought I was back at Panther or this new guy must of been at Panther!

While I appreciate the info, it is simply a general fact. If unit were down .30 per mile then we would be billing .40 a mile less to customers? 4th qtr vs 1st qtr avg rate per mile is down approx 4% excluding fsc. Individuals units make their own load selections, so I can only speak to the overall.

When I was a young girl, my parents ran a small cafe and mornings in here remind me ever so much of all the locals coming in for their morning coffee and chit chat...I gather every one has their coffee cup in hand? :D

Im not a coffee drinker, but I did try one of the Monster "Java" drinks yesterday and it wasnt bad at all. Does anyone drink those? I have never been a fan of the "energy" drinks because of the "crash" effect when they wear off.
