Chris...it would have made little difference....it is not that far to Memphis...if something hadda come up they would have chased ya over there....something to ponder
I'd be interested in the history of our expedite division.
Its a crap shoot at best....who knows....ya stay, ya go, ya go, ya stay.... You'll be right 50% of the time.....LOL

Good morning, all that Midwest weather finally made it thru here. Sooo, back in service again. Maybe I'll get it right this time and get out of my wife's hair. Got a divit in the making in the couch!

Ill tellya what, was right in and right out because i was right on my 0600 protect time..the guy in the securty shack with me was turned away, he had a 0815 protect time and they wouldn't let him in..he was "t'd" off big time...

Speaking of which...spring thaw here too..snow's a melting and it's supposed to be in the 50's for most of the next ten days! and the Black Krim tomatoes have sprouted!
Well, my lil 8 month old twin granddaughter is doing much better this morning, and off the oxygen, and should be broken out of jail later today, or in the morning! So, it's time for me to go back to work! They still don't know exactly what caused it, but her lil lungs got inflamed, and the passages swelled up almost like asthma, but it lasted a longgggg time. They were giving her breathing treatments every hr or two, with constant oxygen, steroids, etc. Took 2 days of treatments to get it back close to normal. Said could have been caused by a virus, or something.. but no evidence of infection.. weird scary stuff. They said it happens to preemies sometimes (they were born 2 months early).. their systems have some catching up to do in the first year. Lil thing was soooo scared.. just breaks your heart when they don't understand why all this crap is hooked up to them, and they're crying, trying to pull it off. Don't care how tuff you think you are.

Your right Dale, it's very hard to see kids go through that stuff, with that said I'm glad to hear she is doing better.
