Well, didn't take long to get a response on that job.
Got a call before I had my morning coffee. I don't like load calls before my first coffee
Unlike the last job I applied for, this one is about a 15-20 min drive from my house. I actually was offered a job years ago at this place, but I sold out for more money and a further drive at another facility.
So, slightly more tempted then usual. Will have to think about it more. Besides being 1600 miles away, will give me some time to think more.
In the end, doughtful I will, but always nice to feel wanted. But 1 load in the past 9 days isn't helping

Last night was offered a load for today going to Florida. My response was "is it Super Bowl week already"? I said no thanks and didn't even ask where it was going in Florida. Didnt want get caught up in all of the traffic heading north out of harms way.It still might go up the west side to Alabama yet...You guys are glutton for punishment.Loaded ... Waseca , Mn.. to Forest City , Nc.... deliver by Thursday AM ... 1201 pm & 2 nights of rest ...

Waited all day just to see if anyone picked up on you calling Texas a "saturated" market.
