I very much prefer honesty, even if there's an occasional swear word involved, to those who cover extremely ugly things with 'acceptable' words.
And I like Doug, too. He makes mistakes, but never pretends he doesn't, which puts him far above many others I know.

Let's see. A former member who was banned under multiple names. A former member who had NO PROBLEM libeling other members. A former member who has a site that is now being advertised by current members who have NO PROBLEM with the garbage he pulled in here.

I wonder about some people in here. I wonder why this thread is being allowed to continue. I really just wonder.

Libel is not a "mistake", it is a deliberate act. A criminal act at that.

Tis. You should be careful that you can prove allegations you make.
BTW: 'garbage' is in the eye of the beholder.

NO PROBLEM, my lawyer read the same posts I did, and agreed 100%. Do you REALLY want to play? We went rounds with Facebook, AND WON!

WHY is this thread being allowed to continue? Do we REALLY want to dig up everything that is about to be dug up? Even the "stuff" that libels former and present mods?

The thread is about the FCC and fleeting profanity. If it gets too far away from the philosophies or opinions involved with that and doesn't get back on-topic, the posts will either be removed or the thread will be locked.

As always................everyone is allowed to have their own opinions.............

But.......there are many out here that are Relieved that there's another place Expeditors (and NON Expeditors) can go to air their frustrations.....whether it be with their Carrier, their Trucks Owner, a Road Rage incident, with another member here, etc .......WITHOUT the harsh - unneeded - ridiculous repercussions that occur quite often here by overzealous Zoo Keepers.

My Bannings and Punishments have dropped down to the lowest level they've been here for quite a while since Dougie opened that board.........(Not Blowin' Smoke up your Butt there Dougie!! Just pointing out the Facts!!)

Best thing is.............I'm hated equally by ALL the Cliques on BOTH boards!! :)

BUT......WE ARE ALLOWED to discuss the F Word over there WITHOUT Censorship!!! Heck.....I even started a whole new thread today covering the Versatility the F word has.....a Thread that if started here....... would've sent ALL Mods and Admins to the funny farm over what to do.............. :)

If there is an audience for heavy language on a expediter site, then people will go there. EO is not that place nor has it ever been. Since nothing has changed here, it would be of little value to have a prolonged conversation on the "F" word. For what? I can't think of much.

I think 95 posts can be considered prolonged. Perhaps it is time to close this thread. IMO of course.
