Good call! Last I checked, our average A/R was 36 days for broker invoices. Although I need to check it again. It's been a while. Yes, exceptions to that BOTH ways.

are you a "multi-carrier" or are you "exclusive"? that is, do your owner operators also work with other carriers, or just for you?

FIFO rules.
Unless the load is too big or heavy for the first guy. Of course there are other factors. Rest level, driver direction wishes, distance & ETA to pick, etc. But FIFO.
