No point. NOTHING will be done. The judge will continue to pretend to sentence people, and those who vote those judges in, will continue to do so. We have no say. There is NOTHING LEGAL that you, or I, or anyone else who is "livid" over this, can do to change it.

Those who go before this judge should be happy. It would see they can get way with darn near anything.

As a taxpayer and resident of the county and district this court is in, I have every right to be livid. IMHO of course.

I agree with you. I also do believe in God. At the age of 19, 24, 14, or 13, you know the difference between right and wrong. In this country, being accountable, responsible and suffering the consequences is either ignored or not taken seriously enough. If the punishment isn't severe enough, the assault will continue. An eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth. This man is damaged physically and mentally now...like a soldier returning with PTSD...he's messed up....and these BEASTS get to continue on with their lives after a little slap on the wrist....just because they felt like beating someone, killing someone, robbing, raping someone.

Each person alive must choose for themselves if they are going to fight evil, or support it.
