Well, 1st time ever, asked to be removd from a load for rate. Didn't ask, only been a 'kinda low' one other time, and it was still almost . 90 a mile..66 all miles, short, plus del tomorrow = no thanks. Was offerd .78 but just couldnt see it. Hopefully they find someone closer. I absolutely hated to pull out.

Lesson learned... always ask.

.90 is in the ballpark..you could bedoing it for E-1 for .87.....LOL it is the tomorrow thing that would have made me turn it down...

ya, thats to bad it happened. its tough to tell them no cause we all or most anyways want to help and be a team player. some rates are low cause of contracts. we always ask for the rate. not because we dont trust them cause if it was really low we would ask to be taken off also, but more for us cause we just simply want to know ahead of time to keep that from happening. nothing good can come from that type of phone call. we call it being proactive instead of reactive. hope it all worked out and everyone involved understands why you chose to do what you did.

Just delivered in KCMO....decent week so far. I havent figured it up but somewhere around 2000 miles so far. We'll see how KC does...Dispatch got me out of Harrisburg, PA earlier in the week so luck must be with me :D

My van was sitting a week before i had to move it....QC on with lights...no problem with starting it.....must be them North American slop buckets.....LOL

Mine cycles...but is off for the most part...this just started within the lasy month or so and is hit and miss...10 times will be fine, then the next i need to jump it....

Now,, Good Morning!! Laying in bed fornow..then it up and have lunch with my kids and dinner with Grandma later....:)

Good morning gang...just wanted to say thanks for all your get well wishes..I'd have been a little bit quicker but for some reason I can't post from my Kindle..It's feeling better but am still hobbling on the crutches and keeping the weight off the sore ankle...Thanks again guys and girls!!:)
